We purchased our Season Spa in July last year, and it's been great. We love it. Everyone was super friendly in the show room, we got to sit in and try out various tubs before we made our decision. No pressure on the sales part, was a really enjoyable experience.
After a long wait and numerous visits to other hot tub suppliers I found season spas they had the perfect hot tub for us and we could not be more happy with there installation and after sales service and there hot tub. I chose the sunstorm.
Brilliant company. I enquired about a hot tub and 5 days later it was delivered to my house. The people who came to install the tub were very friendly and helpful. They went through everything we needed to know and made sure we understood everything about the tub.
Our whole experience has been brilliant from start to finish. The experience at the showroom was fantastic, that’s where we first met Richard, he answered all our questions and showed us numerous tubs. We chose our tub and we were so excited! The Imperial was delivered on Bank Holiday Monday!
This is our second hot tub from Season Spas. We decided to go back to Season Spas for our upgrade as we had no issues with the first tub and they was very helpful in helping us choose the correct model for us and our needs.
